Do not use! They delay your fund deposits by 4 days of which they are most likely using to circulate into their interest bearing accounts while they make the customer spend a week without their hard earned money. It’s COMPLETE fraudulent activity at T-Mobile money. Stick to their phones, not their banks

This bank is absolutely the best I’ve ever used. It gives me help when I need it most during a time of struggle by not charging me ridiculous fees for every single thing. Example, we’ve got your back benefits, allow you to spend $50 over what you have in your account, free of charge. So if I am struggling with $0 in my account, and I have no gas, but I also have a bill to pay for say, $35. I can pay that bill, & still go spend $15 at a gas station in two seperate overdraft charges and t-mobile won’t charge me a dime over that $50 when I get a deposit into my account. & I can do that over and over and they have my back every time with no hidden fees! It’s been a life saver during these uncertain times!

This is by far the most inconvenient money management app in the App Store. I made a transfer to this account and as of 6 days later the deposit still isn’t in my T-Mobile Money account, despite being deducted from my bank account already. The timing couldn’t be worse, because it’s the holidays. Do yourself a favor and try any other app except this one to trust your money to.

I loVe T-Mobile bank!! I’ve been through some financial hardships all year. T-Mobile never charges me for being overdrawn, I am always able to get my balance positive due to them not charging excessive fees like other banks. T-Mobile bank is truly the Customers bank
