Stop telling me my session is no longer valid

wsr80913

I check my account infrequently, so almost every time I do it is the same dance: Open app Wait Popup saying my session is invalid (it’s been hours, it should be invalid, no need for an announcement, much less making me click “OK” on it) Click “OK” Wait Login popup Fingerprint Wait Account info Other than that, it pretty much works. It would be nice to have a non App Store place to comment on bugs, but *meh*

Don’t expect a debit card

nicknamenottaken2234

Guy on the phone said debit cards aren’t being mailed because of chip shortage. Thanks for telling me that 19 days after I opened the account. Seriously bad move there. Keep us in the loop next time? Kind of a big deal when you need a debit card to use this entire app.

Logging in is a pain in the butt.

Tweetz

I enter the right password, I know I do. I don't get drunk or high and do this type of thing where I'm out of my mind, but logging in and being told my password is wrong is an error on this app and they need to fix it. Every time I change my password I go through the same issues, getting locked out, being sent a code then it asks me stupid security questions that I KNOW I answer correctly but it tells me I'm wrong and locks me out AGAIN and I have to call them and get codes sent and then finally pick a password that I've never used before. Then I record the password in my very secure iPhone whatchamacallit like we all know how that works then I go to login again and guess what? I'm wrong and locked out again. I used to be mentally healthy before this now I'm just gonna spend all the money that's left in this account and close it.

Great Online Bank but…

Ash Hamilton

I really love banking with T-Mobile. The only drawback is that customers can’t link their account to the popular Mint budget tracker. That makes it hugely inconvenient. T-Mobile should consider implementing that feature, as most banks (online included) have that ability.

Simple and great UI

user for daily

Easy to use and simple UI to navigate around.

transfers take a lone time

HungriestCustomers

i have chase bank and transferring money take a while to go through. it’s kind of inconvenient

Do not open an account with T-Mobile

dontgg51

Don’t even bother opening an account with these guys until they start supporting other services like PLAID to make transfers easier

Plaid

ReaperOfAngels2

One star for functionality. 2 for 50 dollar overdraft. Can’t use as a “main” account Bc it’s not on mint or plaid and that’s a problem. I really like t-mobile money, but I can’t always use it how I would need to.

Add a spouse?

Cephas6AV

How do you not allow an account holder to add a spouse? I want to use T-Mobile Bank as my primary bank but since I can’t add my spouse I will have to look elsewhere.

Nice job

artadiaclinton

Don’t really like it much in the first time used , but later on seems to be better and now after all is settled it’s nice and easy to used
