Great bank account if is not your primary bank account

I’ve been using this account for several months and the interest that they pay is unbeatable. Note: I use it as a saving account, I haven’t use it as anything else, like I said this account is only for save money, so I don’t know the other benefits yet. But if you planning to save money and get good interest, this is the one you are looking for.
Logging in can be a pain

I love what the account offers but logging in both online and on the phone can be a pain. It sends like 2 2 factor authentication codes and then sometimes, for the online portal, doesn't even work and you have to do another two. A bit wonky right now but 4% just can't be beat.
Full of bugs

This app is full of bugs, sometimes I even think whether it is really secured or not. It asks me to answer questions that I never set up. It is really annoying to not able to use the app. Sometimes it let me see balance without answering those questions. I use other banking apps and none of those require you to enter credential over and over again once you have faceID enabled.
App isnt working after update

The banking is good and its interest it offers. The app was working fine until its update and just freezes and keep circulating the loading icon.. it cant recognize my account for some reason. even the website is the same. Its been like this for the last 2 weeks now. Called the customer support they said they will create a ticket to fix it. 2 days later called agin and they said they will create a ticket to fix it and turn out the first person inspoke to 2 days ago didn't create the ticket. Im gonna close the account. It’s very inconvenient.

Very pleased The card App and services although it’d be helpful if once a transaction is made it takes the money right out for it is a debit card Also it should be able to view the place of transactions plus with possible link for website to place of purchase Also would be extremely helpful to be able to add cash to the card over all tho love it

Really like that atm’s are available near me and when I went to London. My only problem is when I want to deposit cash into the account , there is no viable option for that.
