Lately this app has been saying my car is starting a trip or ending a trip an hour after I have already been somewhere and back. At first I thought someone took my car but the app is just late with the notification. Then on the app it says a trip is in progress when my car is parked and has been parked for an hour or so. Please fix, I really love this app!

I love the SyncUP Drive but looks like have a lot of bugs in these few days . Please find out an fix it . Can not locate the car and detect the drive and car .

Seriously, I’m getting tired of it saying it’s offline. I sleep above my garage & I can’t get a connection to my phone from my car!

Love the device!! I had an option for suggested maintenance for my vehicle every so many miles, and can’t find it now (I think it’s removed) so I wish that was back but hopeful they will add it again!

Maintenance schedule doesn’t show up in iOS version. I’ve seen it work on other people’s phones and the Android app has full functionality but for some reason it’s not showing up on my 12; even though the section changes to yellow when I touch it I get a gray sun with a big smile telling me that there’s nothing to report. Besides that I really love the app but if I were to get forced into the situation of using iOS exclusively I would hold the uncooperation against both companies

My battery’s voltage was low and this thing NEVER marked it in red or notified me of it. The battery ended up dying and frying a module of my bmw which caused a lot of electronics to stop working. Module ended up costing $400, plus new battery and reprogramming the car. Thanks for nothing Sync Up drive. Now theres exclusive features to a certain model that has the exact same specifications as drive 2 and yet tire pressure and oil amount is exclusive to a specific model. Theres no battery indication and it also doesnt show how much data is left. AT&T keeps the hotspot going with the car off providing the data through the phone. Why cant Tmobile do the same? On top of just offering 2GB while Atnt offers 22GB. Also Gas prices are constantly outdated. Gasbuddy is free and much more accurate with user updates.
