Just have a new driver in the house. It lets you know when they start their drive and when they arrive. Also added bonus I was driving the car and unbuckled to get my wallet out at McDonald’s it sent me a notification. Lol

It won’t connect at all. I changed three different units and nothing. I had store do warranty exchange 3rd time and nothing. Tech support was joke few weeks. Finally last tech did everything to get it working but nothing. Get better app developers.

I’m living the SyncUP drive very much it helps me know what’s going on with my car before taking it to the mechanic when I don't have time myself. I am a T-Mobile employee so I thought why not try it out. It’s been fantastic, so I’d give it 5 stars….. But I took a star away because every now and then I turn my car on and it sounds like my battery is about to die. I’ve unplugged my device for a a week and my car started up like normal not sound like the battery is going to die. I did check to see if I have corrosion and I did but I cleaned it up and tried it again and the same thing it started sounding like my cars battery was about to give out but I h plugged it for a week and it was back to normal. So it became 4 stars for me…. Now when I do use it it keeps reading 3 cylinder misfires and it never goes away. It read the first time I used it as a misfire and I got anxious because I just got my car and it being my first car it made me anxious because working 60 miles away from where I live it can turn off while I’m driving and I’d be stranded. I’ve gone to mechanics and I’ve left the device plugged in and let them do what they needed to check the car out and they unplugged it and they read misfires as well. Said I didn’t have enough money to fix that so I unplugged my device kept driving for about 2 weeks and went to a different mechanic and they didn’t read misfires. This has caused me to take another star away because I find it very odd how this device is drawing my cars battery and also mid diagnosing my car. Don’t get my wrong it’s a great device it’s just some people have the same problem as me and end up disregarding it and have more car problems or they stop using the device, but then other people don’t have the same problem. I am assuming it’s based off the device but as a TMO Employee it’s tough to talk about it to my clients when I’m having these problems and they are very interested. I hate lying when I’m doing sales because I love testing things out so I have something to explain to my clients so they know what I’m talking about and I’m always having positive tests and interactions.

App stop working properly

Been working great since installing app a year ago. A few days app reports cars offline and when car are online it reports trip slow, for example i have already park the car, and app its showing car is being driven and a mile back from park location. I believe the last update screw up the once working app. It is now buggy…. Hope devs get this issue resolved or i be canceling my account. HELP!
