I’m not interested in paying for a yearly subscription. Please fix this.

This app lures you to get it for free and then you have an auto charge of $70 if you forget to withdrawal and it’s challenging to find how to unsubscribe!!!

I checked the App Store for subscription options before downloading this. 1 mo is 12.99 and I decided it was worth a try. After downloading the app *and* setting up a user account, the *only* subscription option available is 1 yr 69.99. If it’s worthy I have no problem with a yearly subscription, but I’d rather know it’s worthy before committing to a year.

Terrible and Deceptive Business Practices

While Dr. Leaf has great information to share through this app, the way the business is run is very deceptive. They recently changed from monthly to yearly billing and did not inform anyone ahead of time. We were billed the $12.99 for Jan 2020 but our access to the app was cut off 1 day after paying the monthly subscription unless we paid the $69.99 yearly fee. So they did not inform anyone of the change, still charged me, and then eliminated our access. When we tried to communicate with them - we emailed Dominique Leaf - who did absolutely nothing to help us. In the end, Dr. Leaf lost my wife as a customer. We had been paying for the subscription for at least the last 6 months, and now we have canceled it. Beware - if you get this app Apple is still offering it for $12.99 a month, probably because the Switch App people have not contacted Apple to make the change. If you choose $12.99 it won't work and it will take a while to get your money back.

App removed my progress and don’t recognize my subscription

I just bought the app three days ago, and today my progress was reset and the app is showing that I don’t have any subscription. This is so frustrating. Can someone from the app support help me on this? Updated - 2/2 I’m updating my review, I didn’t notice that I made a mistake when I created my account, I used an incorrect email address and that was the reason my subscription wasn’t available. I contacted the help email and they fixed the issue. The reason I’m giving 4 starts is because it took almost 5 days to get the issue resolved; for the price of the app, as a customer we expected to have a better service

I used the app without problems for 5 months. Then, it lost all my progress and took me to the subscription page every time I opened the app. I emailed with customer service for the app for two weeks trying to get the problem fixed. Unfortunately, they were unable to resolve the issue or to give any refund. I have cancelled my subscription. I am frustrated because I was making great progress. I could see a difference in my emotional and physical health. I’ve purchased several books by Dr. Leaf, but I feel let down by my experience with the app.

Started the detox it was going well. On day 4 I go to log in and it says I don’t exist. It definitely charged me the fee for the app and when I go to restore purchases it just keeps saying failure. I was really enjoying the app and making progress. What a bummer.
