APP does not work most days

I love the program; however, the app does not run properly. Most times when I try to login I receive messages stating “request time out” or “something is wrong.” There have also been times that I have attempted to continue my progress and am directed to the subscription page instead. This is very frustrating and is derailing my progress in the program.

I bought a 3 month subscription last week for this app and after an update they did it no longer recognizes my subscription and will not let me continue the program without buying another subscription. It is a shame because the program itself is wonderful. But what’s the point if I keep running into issues? Then the cherry on top is that there is no information to contact support for help. Canceling and asking for refund.
Glitching out

The app has worked well for me for a few months and now it is not allowing me to sign in. This has happened twice now and this time it has occurred only 5 days after the last update. Now it won’t let me sign in and just says that the session has timed out.
Purchased a subscription that the app won’t let me use

I purchased the one year subscription for this app. A few days ago it kept giving me a “could not connect to the server” error so I logged out, deleted the app and downloaded again. Now whenever I log in or open the app it only gives me the option to “start the program” which then makes me go to the subscription purchase page.....even though I’ve already purchased a subscription. Even if I click the one year subscription option it tells me I’ve already purchased the subscription and won’t let me go any further.....essentially, I’ve paid for a year- but the app only lets me go to the subscription purchase page, only to then tell me that I can’t proceed because I’ve already purchased the subscription. The last time I sent a request for help, no one ever responded. Please help. I’d like to continue using this app. Dr Leaf’s books are amazing. Thank you

I downloaded this app about a year ago and have gone through the 21 days 3 or 4 times. There’s so many resources out there for mental health but I feel like this one is not only super practical, but it actually works. I’ve noticed differences in how I think and feel much more aware of the “why” behind tough and difficult emotions. There’s a sense of hope in knowing that my thoughts don’t have to stay the same the rest of my life; things can change. Thank you Dr. Leaf for all your work. It’s helping more than you know ❤️
Amazing for Mind Management

In addition to the recommendations made by my therapist, I decided to download Switch after seeing Dr. Caroline Leaf speak in Virginia Beach. I love her work, and hearing her talk about neuropsychology and neuroscience influenced the career I am in now. I am truly taking my time with this application, and I genuinely feel the physical, mental, and spiritual impact this has made in my health journey. Thank you for creating this app; I can experience a safe, calm, reconceptualizing space when I need it!

Doctor Caroline Leaf has created an app that helps you get out of your mental mess. There is no program quite like it! I have read all her books and applied each one to my life and now I have been using this app for over a year! It’s mini daily lessons that help you discover the root of each pain you are experiencing and turning your pain into progress to work for you instead of against you! PLEASE BUY THIS APP! I PROMISE IT WILL CHANGE YOUR BRAIN AND INTURN CHANGE YOUR LIFE!

Dr. Leaf’s name had been mentioned by friends over the last week and I finally visited her website and came across her Switch app tonight. I was very interested as this sounded like just what I was looking for and needed! After reading reviews of glitches I was a bit weary to start the program. Although, I just completed my 1st day of the 21 days and I didn’t experience any app glitches! I rarely leave reviews but I am delighted by this system and I look forward to seeing the results! I already feel more at ease and like I have a more clear path forward after this first session. It will save a lot of money as an alternative to counseling! I’m looking forward to using this app! Thank you Dr. Leaf!
