App removed my progress and don’t recognize my subscription – Switch App Review

I just bought the app three days ago, and today my progress was reset and the app is showing that I don’t have any subscription. This is so frustrating. Can someone from the app support help me on this? Updated - 2/2 I’m updating my review, I didn’t notice that I made a mistake when I created my account, I used an incorrect email address and that was the reason my subscription wasn’t available. I contacted the help email and they fixed the issue. The reason I’m giving 4 starts is because it took almost 5 days to get the issue resolved; for the price of the app, as a customer we expected to have a better service
