Major operational failures

I have ow ordered twice on this app and my order has 100% of the time not been delivered and the tracking is undependable and inaccurate. I will never use it again. Customer service is also unhelpful. They cant contact the driver
App actually has no idea when order is done

The app is just guessing when an order will be done, but it’s not linked to any system on the ground that tells it what’s actually going on. I waited ten mins at a sweetgreen for my order that was complete, and they kicked out everyone waiting since it got too crowded (they were understaffed) and told us to wait outside, and meanwhile the app is asking me how my meal was lol. And no ability to ask for a refund if they mess up like that?!
Worst app can’t order food

This is literally the worst food app ever. The home screen only had the option to let you order things before and the drop down menu bar doesn’t even have an option for food menu. I’ve pressed every single button on this app and no where does it take you to the place where you can actually look at the menu and pick something to order and adjust it. It must be severely broken because I have somehow ordered before but remember having this issue too. Also they updated it to “making ordering your favorites easier” and by that they mean you can only order something you’ve ordered before. AND if you do, you can’t see what was actually in that order besides the name OR edit it. THEN when I try to add this random bowl that I don’t even know what is in it it just says OOPS something went wrong. I’ve tried updating. Also I’m not an idiot I know how to use other apps and I’ve ordered food before.
App bug removes dressing every time I order

This has been happening in the app for about 2 months now, so curious if it’s happening to other users. I select a salad and pick-up time, then at the final submit order screen, the dressing has been removed. I then have to go back remove the salad from my bag, re-input it, re-select a time and the dressing is back. I am usually ordering 2 different salads at the same time and the dressing glitch always happens on both, so it’s not a supply issue. I’ve been inputting my order twice each time to get it to go through for the last 2+ months. Today for the first time this workaround is no longer working.

Had to wait nearly an hour after the order was supposed to be ready. Most apps will only allow a certain number of orders to fill a specific pick up window. You should have the same algorithm in this app, that way when too many orders are placed pick up time will slip and not bog down your staff. We were told there were 70+ orders they were working on. There was a restaurant full of people waiting on mobile orders.
Good Food / bad app / API

Good is great. App is horrible. First time account creation does not allow for code to match to finish the account creation. Additionally, password reset does not work. Developer: feel free to contact me to troubleshoot your app. I’ll modify rating once app is functioning.
Delivery fees too high.

I love their food and I thought it would be cheaper and easier to order directly from them. However is not. For one they added like eight dollars worth of fees. And for another point they take like 50 to 60 minutes to deliver it. On other apps I am able to order the same food for 3 to 4 bucks less and get it faster.
They don’t read the order

I ordered online and asked for a mixed salad, pciking it up only to find a dry salad inside. What a waste of $15!!!!
