I just want to use the app


Need Notification customization

Right now the app has no means of customizing the types of notifications it sends you so it’s all or nothing. You need the notifications on for food order status updates etc but then have to suffer through promotional updates and information not everyone wants. Otherwise a good app but this lack of notification changes in settings feels very purposeful because it’s something that nearly every other app has. Please change.


I want to be able adjust lettuce/greens amount

I can walk into a sweetgreen and ask for extra greens, but I don’t have that opportunity to tweak in the app. Shortsighted. We should be able to customize like we can in person. Please update.

Needs Sign In with Apple and ApplePay support

I’m hungry and a few hours from home. Maps tells me there’s a sweet green nearby. Cool. I download the app. And have to manually create an account. And wait for a confirmation email. Enter the code. Get to check out. Have to enter credit card info. Manually. No support for ApplePay, saved cards or taking a picture of the card. These are Princess problems. But for a company that is supposed to be modern and forward thinking, their app is out of date and out of touch. I gave up and got something else.


Horrible app and service

I just waited over an hour for my pickup Oder past the pick up time only to be told that my only option was to get on the line and pay again because the system wasn’t working properly. At the very least they could have looked at the order receipts on our phone and fulfilled them - telling me to wait in line after all that was too much. Horrible service.


Great food!

I must say I am very impressed with the food. The app is also pretty great and easy to use. (4.9 stars and 90k ratings? Impressive). Also I very much like the Apple health integration. Just a minor thing: when importing meals to Apple health, instead of it being 895 calories for examples, it shows up as 895,000 ? I’m sure this is a minor issue that can be addressed fairly easy. Overall fantastic! Keep it up!


The new app refresh has a lot of problems

It was one one of the most streamlined ordering experience until the app update. Now if I am adding a drink to my order it will remove and delete all the food in my cart, it’s a basic functionality that should’ve tested before the release. I’m hoping this is just a small bug and will be fixed.
