Worst food delivery app out there

This is hands down one for the worst food delivery apps I’ve ever used. We order from them every weekend and the app is riddled with bugs. If you modify or add to your order, your extras or other modifications may mysteriously disappear. Their web app is no better and even less intuitive. Please stop with the cute motion features and build a simple app that actually works.

Best Food App There Is

I’ve used Chipotle’s and other restaurants’ apps and this is by far the easiest to use and best interface. Not to mention it is similar in price to get a salad delivered and the food is absolutely amazing!! I do have two suggestions: (I) allow the user to add more than two bases and (ii) allow for the use of Apple Pay at checkout. Thanks :)!!!

Decent app for placing orders for pickup and delivery. App lets you save custom orders which is helpful (I like to save a high calorie salad and low calorie salad option). App interface could definitely be improved though. It’s kinda slow and it’s impossible to edit saved orders.

I go to different Sweetgreen’s around the city and the app never remembers my order. Every single time I need to put it in again. That’s annoying. Just put the restaurant on Seamless for an easier experience.

The app is so terrible it’s almost comical. I don’t wanna waste my time explaining many reasons it is a pathetic app, that forces me to waste a ridiculous amount of time to place simple orders, but suffice it to say I am not impressed. I have used hundreds of apps in my life, and this is honestly one of the worst. In fact, this is the only review I’ve ever written for an app. I am tempted to have someone take a video of me using this app, to show how bad it is, but I don’t have the time. Really an awful app
