Easy ordering and picking

Love how easy it is to just grab my phone and order as well as just walking in and just grabbing my food and walking out.

They never fill the salad dressing container it’s ALWAYS 1/5 full. I ask for 4 and all four fit into one container with tons of room to spare. Fill the side containers up. For the price you charge it shouldn’t be an issue.

This app is pretty good, but it's difficult to discern if the dressings are gluten- or dairy-free. It's also challenging to navigate

If you place one of your previous orders but then try to add something to it the app clears your whole order and adds the new thing, I tried it 3 times to make sure I wasn’t messing anything up and I’m not there’s a bug here please fix!!!
The UX UI can get better

There’s a lot of UX and UI problems on this app. First of all, the navigation has bugs; you can’t go back to the menu without ruining your current order. It is also confusing when you have to choose a place where to order from. When you want to repeat an old order, it’s hard to find where to edit your shopping list. Layout and visual design are on point, I’m a big fan. It just needs some user testing to fix navigation issues and interface placements. Not exactly a problem of Sweetgreen, but with the partnership with the delivery system/apps. Right now it seem to be fixed but before the orders would take forever to get picked up.

I really wish it were possible to order a pre-mixed salad for delivery. I do not care if it gets soggy lol
Can’t go to a store and place an order

Big THUMBS DOWN. I can no longer walk into my local sweetgreen to place an order and pay with money. What kind of world is that? Place has some of the best and freshest food around me and I sometimes drive almost an HOUR just to eat here. Now I must to use an app and pay with a plastic card.. absolutely pathetic! Figure it out because this is NOT IT!! 5 star food quality 1 star for metaverse tendencies ??

Only reason I didn’t give five stars is because it would be really helpful to be able to calculate calories for customized items when you check out
