Modifying Faves

Love SG, including the ease of pick-up, but I find it difficult to “modify” - add/remove just an item or two - seems like you have to start from scratch, which is annoying. I also find the location selector a little less than intuitive. The quality is worth the shortcomings in the app.

I love Sweetgreen but am constantly frustrated by the app. It’s slow and has strange UX flows, like having to start all over if you want to change pickup locations. When something is missing it isn’t clear what the item is, and often times I’ve found my saved salads seem to disappear. I wish this was as stable and easy to use as DoorDash or Uber Eats.

Gorgeous app design but orders disappear or change in cart, delivery orders change to pickup without notice, etc. Just a very buggy app but I love SG so I’ll keep ordering anyway!
