Love the app, yoga isn’t great – Sweat: Fitness App For Women Review

I normally do BBG and loveee it but decided to give yoga with Anita a try. It’s just a mess - savasana is the second to last segment, so you’re winding down and then have to pop up and do challenging poses and then have no wind down. It’s obviously been put together out of order.
