This app was suppose to replace the Movescount app but you can’t manage your custom sports modes like you could in Movescount and my activities fail to sync every time leaving them trapped in the watch. At least it can updates the GPS.

I only receive email and phone call notifications on my Traverse Alpha. I don’t receive text notifications. Notifications for text is enabled. This needs to be fixed. Since your user manual advises text message notification can be received.

Talked to a nice customer service guy. Said they’re working on a fix to be resolved in the next month. That’s a loooong time. Frustrated.

Ambit3 Peak watch. The new app took forever to sync with my watch (it constantly said it was syncing 1 of 32 activities). I deleted app and went back to Movescount and I’m happy again.

I downloaded this specifically because this app aPp was the first to appear when searching for an indoor running track. If it is, it’s way off the mark. I measured it by walking the indoor track at my gym ( yes switched to walking mode) and what should have measured .1 mile, pace about 13-15 mph, was shown as .3 mile at pace 8.49 mph.

Update (Fingers crossed) The synchronization issue appears fixed. Consequently, it is only fitting to update my review. Thank you developers! ✌️ _____________ Oh my! The syncing is awful. I apologize but there is no way around how horrendous the workout syncing is. Expect major delays regarding activity loads. E.g., do not expect same day activity loads, or perhaps same week uploads, especially if you perform more than one workout consecutively. Another option is to constantly unpair/repair to see your workouts. This is just a no! Also, the watch looks pricey, but for the cost and the minimalistic software, the performance is unacceptably inconsistent. I genuinely hate giving low ratings because I understand developers work hard. But please, just do better.

Does not work with my Ambit 3 Run. I input the code the watch gives me on my phone, it says connected on the watch... I can get emails etc on the watch, but the suunto app itself does absolutely nothing. It just stays in the pairing screen with a blue circle spinning on the a dim watch picture and it never stops.... I’ve even uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times. Completely worthless. When suunto cancels the moveslink/movescount website my watch will no longer be functional. I will be buying a garmin.

Though the graphics and stats are great, haven’t been able to connect my watch in months and have done all of the rebooting, unpairing, updating, forget this device fixes that are suggested.

Can’t say I’m liking this app compared to Movescount. It has always taken WAY longer to sync with my Ambit 3 Peak and now has reverted to not syncing at all. I’ve resorted to plugging the watch into my computer and letting Moveslink upload. The other odd thing about this app is it starts the week on Sunday and you can’t change that in settings. I’ve never met a runner that tracked their weekly mileage starting on Sunday. Hoping future updates fix these issues.
