Last update broke Active Energy integration

nathangsm

Active Energy stopped being added to Apple Health with the last update. Other things are still syncing. So tired of always having to babysit this app and the Apple Health integrations.

Awful app - never synchronizes

Gabe CK

I have a Suunto Ambit3 Peak and have been very happy overall with the watch and heart rate monitor itself. However this new app is terrible. It has successfully synchronized activities from my watch exactly ONCE, and that was immediately after I forced a firmware reinstall on the watch. Now it’s back to refusing to sync any activity. On the other hand, the old Movescount app is able to sync and upload activity just fine. Suunto, I spent hundreds of dollars on this watch and if you want to discontinue the only app that actually works maybe you should get your act together and make a new one that WORKS!

Terrible

djcjfneixkfnckd

This app is absolutely terrible. I have been a Suunto user for about 10 years, starting with a Vector. I loved my Ambit 3 Peak right up until they swapped from the old app. This new version is absolutely terrible. One update it syncs just fine, another iteration and the watch will not connect to the app...all the while connected to my phone and receiving notifications. So disappointing. Giving this a two star just because I truly do love my Ambit, just so fed up with this app rendering the watch useless. Try their troubleshooting, that is supper fun and doesn’t work. It’s awful. This app is the sole reason I am considering switching my watch out to a competing brand.

iPhone 11 Pro Max won’t sync

navig8r3

Switched from android to iPhone 2 weeks ago. Ambit 3 Peak pairs with app but data won’t sync. Goes through the motion - preparing, transferring, optimizing gps. Then nothing. Forcing a firmware update on the watch worked for one upload but then it stopped working again. Support has tried to tell me that the data on the watch is corrupt, but if I go back to the android device it syncs just fine. Movescount will upload the data too.

Crashes a lot

Crashes every time if upload 2 more activities

Still awaiting better Apple Activity integration

mdbmd

Editing workout modes works fairly well but would like to be able to add additional screens to particular types. Integration with Apple activity app is still extremely lacking: -Lap splits do not transfer -GPS track/map does not transfer -Heart rate graph does not transfer -Elevation data does not transfer Other apps have figured out sharing this information with Apple activity, so I am hopeful...

Syncing is horrible

jtt41685

The app just doesn’t work with the Suunto Ambit 3 peak. Syncing takes multiple attempts over the course of multiple hours. It’s become a waste of time for me. I’d like to see some major upgrades to the syncing capabilities.

Does not stay connected to my Suunto 9

T dawn

I have to re-connect my Suunto 9 this app. It works for about a week then won’t sync my activities. I’ve tried everything even updated my watch and reset it. I lost a lot of data including my recent NYC marathon data. Does anyone else have this issue? I’m not sure if it’s the watch or the app.

Sometimes it syncs with my watch

getonthetrail

I don’t know what the problem is with this app - it seems like there’s one problem or another. For a while it was super slow to upload moves, although it’s gotten a little better. Now I have to unpair and repair my watch after every single move, or it won’t recognize it. What a pain.

Suunto App Still Hopeless

SedonaDenise

It can do one watch. It can't do two. It just doesn't know how there could be more than one.
