Needs more support from the project managers

I had a few problems and and had few questions that were never answered, I had to give up a few projects because I couldn’t get a reply, very disappointed.

Lately it’s been hard to get a response when you apply for an extension or the in store support doesn’t respond anymore .

I really love and enjoy doing resets. So far I've done 24 of them and I keep going. I just wish there is more resets. I mean more for me. ? I recommend this app to everyone who needs fast money.

Too many jobs that don’t pay enough for what’s expected and this is a merchandiser app so no jobs should have us to have to go try to sell something to a manager! Especially for $7!!! Lol

** Update** Received a response, but didn’t answer or help with the issues. I know I don’t have to speak to anyone when I claim a job, but if I’m supposed to receive labels before going, how can I work??? If YOU are TEXTING my cell about a job, why bother if you won’t respond to my question. I can’t work if I don’t know where to go. I did email you directly WEEKS ago and still no response. That’s why I posted on here. Which is sad that it’s the only way to hear from your company. I deleted the app and looking elsewhere since this company is poorly ran I’ve received texts about positions available. I ask questions and get no response. Get the same email again a few days later and respond immediately wanting to know exactly where the jobs is located and once again nothing. I have sent messages on the app and going on 2 weeks of no response. I’ve claimed jobs and I’m supposed to get something on the mailing and get nothing. Seems like a waste of time to me.

I’ve been working with survey.com for 2 years and it’s great. I have referred friends and they too are working. It’s not a get rich quick company but you can make some money if your self motivated. I’ve never had any problems with the work

I’ve only done 2 jobs so far. They paid as promised. Time estimates are sometimes off. App should be able to automatically calculate minutes spent on a job once we put in start time and end time.

I love working for this company, however there’s one thing that really needs improvement. I can’t get anyone to return my in-app messages. The past 3 I’ve left, we’re about shops that I was currently working on, and needed legit help with. Not only was the message not returned while I was doing the shop, they were never returned. I’m a little surprised, due to the new claim of more available help. My concern is not doing the assigned shop the correct way and then sending it in anyway due to time limits. Which I found out I did after the fact (but nothing was said and I got paid) No one really wins, and I still didn’t learn to do it the right way.
