Work. now. when you need it. This app got u.

I continue to request jobs estimate close to 30 or more. Received 3. Very slow to pay. App runs your phones battery down. Have to take way to many pictures and currently uses the most storage of any other app on my phone. Very disappointed! They also list jobs as 100* but then reduce it with reason. No support via phone. Still requesting and the day of work it still shows pending approval...

The customer service hands down has only gotten better and they are very helpful. Without a doubt, I can say they care and are very understanding. You won't be disappointed. Keep up the great work & thank you for making these assignments possible.

I was assigned to 14 stores that required a shipment, I waited about two weeks for the shipment to complete them and never received it. They then took the projects away and gave me a bad reliability score. They also won’t ever respond to my messages when I told them I couldn’t complete them when they do t send me the stuff I need to do so. It is super frustrating being called unreliable when I am not the one being unreliable. I had previously completed six assignments exactly like the 14 without issues other than them saying they would overnight the items and it took almost a week to get the shipment so it wasn’t overnighted.

Communication poor. Questions are not answered. Have not been told name of my field mgr. Deadline extension of requests are seemingly denied by summary assignment removal. Difficult to coordinate project scheduling especially when significant travel involved. Audits often demand inventory counts. To what purpose? Inputing shelf pricing is a waste of time when information is available in photos of shelf tags.

I’ve been using this app for less an 2 weeks and have already made close to $150. It’s so convenient that they alert you of quick assignments in your area. Definitely will recommend to others.

UPDATE 7/20/2018: The app is continuously improving since my original review! I’ve seen much better response levels from the staff. I really appreciate the new support availability from 9am-9pm. I’m impressed by the quick responses I’m receiving when I ask a question. Original Review: I found this app in the jobs section on Facebook and I’ve really enjoyed working with them. The only things I don’t like are the times when the employees at Survey don’t respond to you at all, the time it takes to approve some of the visits after completing work, and recently I was at 2 different stores to complete assignments and the app told me I wasn’t near the store, when I was sitting right in the parking lot. The first time this happened, the issue was resolved within minutes, but it happened to me last night and no one was available to help me. At that time, I was at least 30 minutes away from my home. This was a waste of my time and gas. At the end of the day, I really appreciate the opportunity to supplement my income and the chance to meet some amazing people, but these issues are breaking my heart. Additionally, there’s no one there to approve extensions on the time needed to complete jobs, so I’ve found myself canceling an assignment and claiming it again to get more time. Sometimes I lose out on the job. Not only am I losing money that way, it also hurts my reliability rating. My rating is currently 0.5 out of 5.0, yet my experience and quality are 5.0 and 4.5. In just one month of working with Survey, I’ve completed over 100 jobs. Like I said, I love the opportunities, but some things should be changed.

Update: Staff has been ON POINT! Always available lately, and I’ve noticed there’s more staff helping at the same time. Great training for entry level Merchandisers and Auditors. I’m grateful. I love working for this company, however there’s one thing that really needs improvement. I can’t get anyone to return my in-app messages. The past 3 I’ve left, we’re about shops that I was currently working on, and needed legit help with. Not only was the message not returned while I was doing the shop, they were never returned. I’m a little surprised, due to the new claim of more available help. My concern is not doing the assigned shop the correct way and then sending it in anyway due to time limits. Which I found out I did after the fact (but nothing was said and I got paid) No one really wins, and I still didn’t learn to do it the right way.

I was pretty happy with Survey as a whole until recently when they screwed me out of my full payment that I completed the work for! I’ve had to call PayPal several different occasions only to be told that there is no pending payment on their end because Survey hasn’t sent it when I’m being told by a gal named Caijsa that it has according to “her finance department”. Pay me my remaining funds for what’s owed to me, or I will report you to every agency possible!

Better than I expected!

I thought I’d try out a couple of tasks to see how it went. One was a reset in which the store was a bit disorganized so it took longer than anticipated. They adjusted the pay accordingly without question. I have made a nice amount in just 2 days of tasks. It’s great extra money and I look forward to working with this company again. I should note that I saw someone saying they take weeks to pay. This isn’t true. The pay date range is noted as soon as you upload your job.
