Anyone there??? – Survey Merchandiser Review

** Update** Received a response, but didn’t answer or help with the issues. I know I don’t have to speak to anyone when I claim a job, but if I’m supposed to receive labels before going, how can I work??? If YOU are TEXTING my cell about a job, why bother if you won’t respond to my question. I can’t work if I don’t know where to go. I did email you directly WEEKS ago and still no response. That’s why I posted on here. Which is sad that it’s the only way to hear from your company. I deleted the app and looking elsewhere since this company is poorly ran I’ve received texts about positions available. I ask questions and get no response. Get the same email again a few days later and respond immediately wanting to know exactly where the jobs is located and once again nothing. I have sent messages on the app and going on 2 weeks of no response. I’ve claimed jobs and I’m supposed to get something on the mailing and get nothing. Seems like a waste of time to me.
