They harass you and take forever to pay

Been signed up to this platform for about 3 weeks, did one job, still waiting on the first payment(look at the pay schedule before you sign up). The pay schedule could be overlooked if it wasn’t for the fact these people will call you and text you constantly just because they “want to get you set up with some work today”....... News flash guys, this isn’t our only job, and with how long it takes to find out if your even gunna payout for a job your company is the bottom of my list for work.

The routes are not laid out well. The drive distances to complete a route completely negates the payout. Gas is $3.50 a gallon and it is not worth $7 to drive 10 miles which could easily take 30 minutes. I have passed up multiple routes because of distances between stores. I might have accepted 5 out if 10 on a route but that option does not seem to be available. Very disappointed in this app and it’s offerings

Great app!

I love this app! Wish there were more opportunities around me now that my truck is fixed. I absolutely recommend survey merchandiser! Everything you need is provided and help is a click away! Thanks!

Not what I hoped

There are never jobs available close to me & the ones I see listed are paying useless amounts. Who wants to do as much as is being asked in these assignments for $6? Come on.

Used to be good. It is a legitimate app and you can make money... no support. Lots of pressure and short deadlines to complete assignments but it’ll take up to a month to get paid.support will push assignments to your phone multiple times daily but if you have an issue - no response . Also recently did an assignment where the manager asked for a letter of authorization , survey could not provide one and told me to just try to complete it without the letter.

Payment

Angelia1959

It’s no where near what I thought I would be paid. Policy payment is the 1st,10th, and 20th however it’s a long process . I worked six assignments June 4-11 and I will not get my full payment, of $600 today I was able to request $360 over a 3-4 day period. I was getting a payment a day so I let it sit there to get it all at once, the next two (last) payments will be 6/20-21 because I need my money I requested the $360 available NOW that process payment will be 6/25. SAD! I had to work harder for this money than my regular job when I accepted the assignments to fill in my monthly pay but this turned out to get paid the same time monthly. They need to re-access it’s policies because they would ask you to take assignments near you when to make decent money you have got run all over your town to out of town for 4,5,6,&7 dollars per assignment with NO paid mileage, subway/train tickets. Their resets pay decent but with payment process issues as I’ve stated all above. Take these assignments at your own you’ve been warned!

Lots of little problems add up to a drag of an experience

This is a good idea that has problems. You are sent route offers but can’t go in and see the details of the jobs that are part of the route in order to determine how long the assignment will truly take (not just what the company estimates) and what the assignment entails. The time estimates to do the jobs are often under what it actually takes and the per hour rate goes down significantly when you account for driving time and mileage. Most of the jobs that come through on the route offers are not posted in the assignments section so you can’t see details there either. It would be great if all the jobs were listed and you could filter those jobs by store in order to see all the jobs available in a given location. Then you could make a trip to your nearest store, spend an hour or two and take care of several different items. The very frequent notifications of route offers and multiple duplicate messages are annoying especially when you can’t fully research the details of the jobs. The app doesn’t really allow you to turn off the notifications either! When doing demos there are so many questions/fields to fill in that it takes away from demo time, and they account for that but, again, it takes longer than they estimate, consequently you end up working longer than the four hour window. They periodically make improvements, which is good, but overall there is so much to be improved that the fixes don’t come fast enough, and the whole experience is fairly unpleasant.

1. Not paid the listed amount. Requests were sent asking for the reason @ least 3 times & never received a response-Sasha 2. Conducted several/10 of the same visits to the same store in different locations. Messages were sent after each visit/10 to me indicating that the product was there. I responded that it was not unless I was misunderstanding something and to please advise on each message with NO response. It is clear in my responses that I misunderstood. Had Georgios taken the time to tell me Bantam Bagels was their brand name & I was actually looking for pancakes I would not have to redo 9 visits in the app.-Georgios 3. Requested 4 days/2 shifts=8 for a reset. Was approved for 4 pm shifts only to be told that it was cancelled by requester. In the app those exact same day & exact same shifts continued to be listed. When I informed survey staff that I had rerequested those exact same shifts I was messaged that they were cancelled and of no fault of hers. I responded asking why then were they still listed. Guess what-no response!-Sasha 4. Completed 4 of the same visits @ different locations @ $7. The day after were listed @ $10 & now @ $14...really?. And of the 4 only 3 were approved-in the last store that visit was closed for upload and I hadn’t entered any info. While in store I messaged for help & if I didn’t get a response I would have to do my best in remembering what information I needed. At NO point did anyone ever respond to my message and only after review begin did I get messaged that no information was uploaded/it was empty-wow-really?! Thanks for the support... **In addition to the requirements of printing of name badge printing and badge holder to attach to a lanyard (also required & I luckily already had) that’s not showing any amount in the pay amount** And so this SPECIAL offer of a route of $28/payout ended up being $21 - $8 for badge and holder ($13 YAY for me) that I will not be paid for which I asked about & KNOW I WILL NOT GET A RESPONSE. 5. Completed a visit and if I needed to set up the display a bonus was offered. Guess what-the base pay only was listed. I messaged asking why -guess what-NO response. The only way it was acknowledged was the change in pay. 6. Messages sent to me for special opportunities-each offer is for the same pay listed-what’s special about that? If I didn’t accept it from the general listing why would I want to accept this SPECIAL offer @ the same pay. So in short survey 1. wants what they want and to hell with anyone trying to do survey a honest and good job & needs help but by god if it’s not what survey wants then to hell w/ you & your pay. 2. And also the approval for payment seems a little sketchy. 3. And approvals for resets seems a little below board. Overall not very pleased with my experience. Careful what you ask for-you wanted a review and there’s mine.
