I have been working for survey.com for a month now and this hands down the best job I’ve ever had the pay is great the representatives do very well with solving and assisting with any problems I may have I would certainly recommend anybody who need to make money download this app right away you can start work today

Not the company that it used to be

This company does not value merchandisers enough to pay them on time. Most recent example: I worked on 8/5/19 & 8/6/19, doing grocery resets, hired by Survey, representing CA Fortune Sales & Marketing, working with a UNFI Grocery rep, in a Lucky’s Market. The work for both days was approved on/around 8/16/19. I requested payment, and received notification that I would be paid by 11:59 pm on 8/23/19, which is the end of the pay period. I checked my account on 8/24/19, and no money had been deposited. I checked my email and the app for a message notifying me of a reason for the delay. There was nothing. I sent a message asking why I was not paid. I got a reply with an apology, and was told that I would be paid that day. The exact words were “any minute now”. Almost immediately I received another message saying that I would instead be paid Monday. I checked my account on Monday at 2:00 pm, and no money had been deposited and there was no communication from Survey. I messaged them 3 times before I got a ridiculous message saying “ Please be advised that you should receive your payment between Tuesday 8/27/19 and Wednesday 8/28/19”. Also that they were working faster to pay me. Faster than what exactly? Payroll employees at Survey should be working around the clock so that everyone gets paid on time. If payments are not going to be made on time, they need to get in front of the situation, and message the ones affected by the delay. There have been a lot of merchandisers not paid on time this year. This. Is. Unacceptable.

These fools owe me over $700 for audits completed just this month and won’t pay up. I’ve gone to the better business bureau, I’m going to upload a video to YouTube explaining the situation in detail and I’ll be contacting an attorney come Monday 8/26. Don’t waste your time they treat you terrible harass you about work and think of ways to try to con you into going back and doing free second visits.

I just did my first few project this past week and yes, I fumbled a bit, but quickly caught on. But apparently not fast enough? A couple of staff members hung in there with me and explained a few things, but then they just vanish and stopped responding to me. I spent most of my weekend trying to revise a project until I gave up, only to get a message requesting what I’ve been trying to fix all weekend and still was unable to fix it because it’s obviously an issue on your end. So, I’m kinda taken for a loop and don’t know what to think of this organization.

Support is extremely slow, very disappointing when you have a question well in the store. Also I excepted the store and found out that a flyer needed to be printed out . My printer isn’t working so I message to decline the project and I have received no answer meanwhile it is still on my calendar and no one else can do it and either can I, makes me look bad and the support I have worked for a food broker for 21 years prompt responses is very important in this business

Horrible Pay

Like other Gig Economy company’s, Merchandiser payouts have spiraled down. Average pay in my area is around $7. For $7 they expect you to merchandise the products, talk to managers, & secure orders. Sometimes an incentive is attached to getting an order. The incentive is not worth it. I did the math on an order that came into a particular business. The original pay plus incentive was less then 1%. I would avoid or only take jobs that get you in and out. You have been warned.

I’m never the person to believe surveys or anything like that. But this app was good and thankfully right on time and convenient with my life as I can’t work a steady 9-5 but I’m able to find jobs for 1-10 hrs and as many as I want. Only thing is most jobs they don’t pay gas so if you aren’t told that in the beginning don’t expect it, also you have to wait a week for your things to be approved and then they only pay 1st ,10th, 20th and only to PayPal so make sure you set it up before hand but this is a great app and good for the extra money I need

This thing is a JOKE! I’ve been waiting for two months to be paid and my messages to support have been ignored for a month. Save yourself a headache and don’t waste your tome with this.
