Too many notifications

This app is sending me notifications NON STOP to the same event even though I haven’t replied yet. It’s really annoying to keep hearing that stupid sound several times a day since I can receive up to 10 invites and each one of them sending 3 more reminders. Those extra reminders are definitely not necessary and sometimes make me decline events just to make it stop.

It is a great app and I look forward to more events

I had a check in issue and hope it works at the next event I attend. I just got tickets to the Wiltern screening to Pineapple Express on 4/20!

They expect to pay beautiful people a mere $10-$20 to be somewhere for hours at a time. Minimum for me to be somewhere for an hour is $100. This app is a JOKE and insulting.

Look, I know you guys have to make a profit, but if you're gonna be specifically recruiting attractive people in places like LA, you can't expect model-level members--especially those on the VIP list--to attend or be satisfied with the amount you guys pay, when you actually do. Nearly every one of your events is "get access" but people with full time jobs can't be bothered to just go to these events with no incentive.

I signed up for this app through a promo they ran on Facebook promising a $5 credit. When the credit didn’t apply, they ran the gamut of excuses (I didn’t enter it at the right time, customer service would discuss it in a meeting, code was fake, code would only apply after I attended my first event, and then code was fake again). Dishonest people and customer service is a joke. I regret sharing my paypal information with them

Customer service very slow. Casts you for events and when you show up you can’t get in.

It was very inconvenient that I had already been casted for an event but since the app registered the event at the wrong time, I wasn’t able to complete it because of an error on Surkus’s end. It’s still sitting in my feed and it says incomplete. I hope this will not count against my rating and reliability. I responded to the new event with the correct time right away. I even received confirmation from another agent who said that they were going to send me an email with the new info and that I just had to set my availability in my feed to be selected. Also it took forever for someone to get back to me, and when they did it was after the event already started. If they fix this I will change my review.

I had my app on and checked in with the guy at the event I attended. Later, after I got my coupon I opened the app again to see I was marked "no show." As soon as I got home I sent Surkus a picture on the coupon, and let them know what happened. Instead of letting me know what to do next time, and helping me out. They just told me what I did wrong multiple times from multiple people. They finally said they won't change anything because it "has been more than 2 days after the event." My girlfriend had the same issue, but they helped her right away. Our thought is that they care more about her attending events because she is a girl.
