Unwilling to accept responsibility for their actions

I was invited to Country Costal Jam on April 8th, 2018. The only thing I had to do to get the tickets was post to Instagram a picture of me with the person I wanted to go with and tag Surkus by April 7th. I followed this step and Surkus responded by saying I would have two tickets at will call. At 11pm on April 7th I was marked a no-show and my rating dropped ALOT even though I followed the directions. I went to the event on April 8th and my name was not on the list of Surkus members even though I had posted to social media on time as requested. I also messaged the Ambassador and she never responded. I emailed Surkus several times but they are unwilling to fix my rating or even acknowledge that they made a mistake!! I have no other issues with this app. I enjoyed the other events I went to previously!
Makes long distance relationships easier!

I live in California, but ordered a bottle of wine for my boyfriend all the way in nyc. It arrived very quickly, and they even wrote out the personalized note that I had added. Thank you grizzly for making long distance love easier!
Customer Service is the worst

After reporting multiple times that I’ve been having points deducted or not added, regardless of the fact that I’ve responded, I have gotten nothing but an awful experience with Surkus’s “Support” team. Please note that you actually don’t receive points for responding, as the app states on the bottom of “Member Rating” - it’s a blatant lie. I was told by Roderick members who respond receive points. What? Lastly, the Support team also accused their app issue on me and my phone service. I was having a problem sending messages, which were sent directly FROM THE APP (Profile -> Support -> Contact us) because they were being cut off and therefore incomplete. When asked why this is an issue, they said it was my email service? How is it my email service if I’m sending the ticket from your app directly.....??? This app is a joke.

Surkus always gives the funnest events. If you feel like you want to go out more, Surkus gives you lots of offers and some of it even get you paid.

They won't take care of you

I used to love this app and enjoyed going to their events, however, recently I went to one where for some reason I was separated from my plus 1 and he was charged. I was told I'd be refunded for the mistake and they came up with a LAME excuse that if I followed instructions it's impossible that this would have happened. But guess what? I did follow instructions and it DID happen and no one wants to do anything about it. I no longer would recommend.

A good friend of mine recommended that I download the app. And I have had a lot of fun since then I have been lucky enough to participate in several of the events and you get paid which is always a plus
