Golden Days Are Gone

The golden days of Surkus are gone. In the earlier days of the app I would be invited to all the hottest clubs in vip sections with bottles. Did a music video! I was invited to wild performances. I even used to do background work for VH1 shows with the app. Also once I went to a private beach party in Malibu, what an experience. Met so many great people through the app, celebrities included. But those days are gone the app is nothing but a review and rebate app for old ladies now.

Oh my gosh it’s the best app so far! Not only do you get free products, the products are so good and help whether it’s dog food, nutrition, vitamins and so much other stuff. I’ve been using it everyday and getting everything they offer. Lol. Even before the coronavirus they used to also have events and parties you can go to for free. How amazing is that? I definitely recommend it.

This app has always been glitchy. The most annoying glitch is that I get push notifications about new products and events, click the notification immediately, and nothing is there at all. The next most annoying problem is that I don’t get notifications for most events. I just have to check the app once a day, and even then, I’m too late to see the events and have to join the wait list. Also, the in person events experience is very disorganized. It’s impossible to get into the event: you can never find the surkus ambassador and the door people don’t want to let you in: explaining what surkus is and that you have a ticket of sorts is Useless.

I like this app but whenever I try to withdraw money to my paypal account it won’t let me... it says the transfer failed.

I love this app!!! I’m literally obsessed and can’t get enough of the offers that they provide. All of the products are things that I want, and they are great products! The platform is easy to navigate and to use. I love that I get products that I want just for engaging with the brands in a super easy way. I love checking the app everyday, and I use it constantly. I highly recommend this app!!!
Bans You From Amazon

If you have an amazon account you want to continue to use, don’t download Surkus. It’s all fine for the first few months until Amazon catches on and bans you from using your account to the full extent. Maybe Surkus customer service will help you out right? Wrong. They don’t care about their users when it comes to Amazon issues. Sure there are other non-amazon products that appear, but not as frequently as the Amazon ones. 1/5 would NOT recommend

I loved this app up until the past few months. They changed the format and now it’s completely buggy. It won’t allow you to submit reviews or proof of purchase until a certain time and date, then when that date comes it says you missed out on that product campaign, leaving you to foot the bill for the product you purchased. Frustrated and will be deleting.
