Despite resetting all the time and following instructions from customer support the cameras done connect and the app can find cameras but the error messages are constant. Complete waste of $300 for a pair of cameras.

Worst. App. On. The. Market. I could not be more frustrated with the technology. So glitchy. Constantly crashing or losing connection. When you are trying to keep tabs on your infant it ups the stakes and this app is unacceptable. The hardware (camera) is adequate but they clearly have no intention of investing in their app or resolving the endless problems. For instance it took me over 10 minutes to establish a connection which involved restarting the app and iPad multiple times. That is crazy. DO NOT GET THIS PRODUCT.

Just spent 15 minutes with customer service obtusely explaining how to connect camera to my phone after which she tells me the app is being discontinued and is obsolete in just over a month! Why didn’t she tell me that at the get go? No one cares in this company- go elsewhere.

Makes you hit sign in every time even if you check the “remember me”, tells you how to work the “talk” function every time you use it, constantly says the camera is off-line or you have no Wi-Fi signal when that’s not the case, makes you type in your email and password twice on the sign in page (after you try removing and reinstalling the app because it might fix something...nope, doesn’t help.) Video feed freezes, picture quality isn’t good, and it’s constantly crashing.

Zero stars. Used to kind of work... barely. Now I can't even get into the app. I even tried deleting it and re downloading

As many others have reported, the app is not functioning. With all these horrible reviews you'd think they would try to fix it. They are false advertising by saying you can view the monitor away from home.

We bought the camera thinking that it would be great for others to see our babies. We've had one of our cameras for over a year now and the app works maybe 5% of the time. I've tried everything in the past year and sometimes it helps for a few minutes but then the camera says it's offline even though it's like right next to the router. I've called service a bunch of times and it only fixes the problem for a few minutes. It's really sad because the idea was a great one but it was the only reason i got THIS camera. If I could do it again... I would most definitely get another one.

This product, after speaking with a representative and customer support, is known to not work using the Wi-Fi feature… you will likely not be able to log into your monitor while away. (Main reason we have this is to watch and interact with children while with babysitter..)
