Was working now never works always a connection issue I've checked everything. Picture on the device that comes with camera is fine but doesn't stay charged long which is crap. Ok monitor I guess but wouldn't buy ever again

I love the system at home and am very happy with it. Unfortunately the app is terrible and doesn't work 95% of the time. It shows that the camera is offline and won't let me view my baby. Yet the camera has been left on since she went into her crib at 3 months and that was almost a year ago.
App / Camera = FAILURE

App never works and frequently directs me to customer service - who is also completely useless. Do NOT buy this camera or waste time with the app. Since we received it, the app never works, battery charger stopped charging, and camera flickers on/off. DO NOT GET THIS CAMERA!

Spent all this money on a camera that is blurry and downloaded an application for it that never works. Garbage, don't waste your time.

If you are buying a summer baby monitor because it has an app, don’t. It doesn’t work, like at all. I’m super disappointed in this piece of crap. If I had known that it was such a hunk of junk I would’ve purchased another brand.

Wish I could give it 0 stars. This app is horrible. For several months I could even access the cameras. For 3 plus years they have advertised on the app that they had great features coming. Not so much. Unfortunately because of the price I was committed. Will not recommend this in any way. Summer Link is a fraud.
Please fix the bugs!!!

**Edit** it is not longer virtually unusable it is COMPLETELY Unisable!!! This app hasn't worked for at least a year now. It always says the camera is offline which it is not. I am so fed up with this. I wish I could give it zero stars!! I am so disappointed with this app. There are so many bugs it is virtually unusable. Please fix this soon!

We really enjoyed the Summer camera, however with the new iPhone update the app needed to be updated as well. After sitting on hold for what seemed like an hour to ask about it I gave up. My wife tried the next day and was told by a rude customer service rep that they’re not updating it but it still works on the computer. Kind of ruins the whole purpose of getting this camera to begin with as I’m not booting up my laptop everytime I want to check in on my child. I would’ve recommended the camera and app to anyone (it had its problems but it was still good), now I won’t recommend a Summer product to a single person.
