Won't connect to the camera and never works.. I can't view my child in bed from the app! Useless.

This ap is neither reliable nor consistant. Its only available for use when the handheld monitor is turned off. Cannot be used as second monitor. Does not work 80% of the time, and even with our excellent internet, and closeness to the modem, this app is poor quality and essentially useless.

For some reason it stop pairing with my cameras. Next baby we're going with Motorola and tossing this crap out.

I'm giving one star bc I can't give it zero. Worst product ever. After sending me two different cameras and downloading the app many times, they had to send me a handheld monitor because the app never worked. Summer link needs to get it together. They should not be advertising a product if they can't deliver.

Awful app. You can't just keep it opened and if you want to quickly view the baby it's impossible you have to reload the app every time. Constantly disconnecting and losing connection. Should have bought a regular monitor.

I agreed with all the others who claim you can't view your monitor remotely, but it's a lack of understanding that makes this app difficult for most. You really need to have your privacy settings correct and know basic wifi/cellular network knowledge. Yes, if you're within your own wifi range, you need to be on the same network as your monitor. If you have multiple channels or a guest network, be certain you aren't on a different one than your monitor. Check privacy settings and really understand them. I can view locally and remotely now, but I had to take a deep breath and start over. Be patient.

I have never once been able to get live video feed by using this app. The big deciding factor is why we chose this camera system was because it said "wifi capable." Well I guess that's just it, it's only "capable," doesn't mean it actually works.
