The App is trash, the monitor is trash, the camera is trash, look for a different brand and model.
Terrible app

This app is terrible. It crashes every time I try to log in, throwing an “email and password combo are incompatible error” and then crashes. No matter what I do - including confirming password and email on summers website, the app still crashes. Now as a result, I cannot configure the monitor to our WiFi. Last update was a year ago. Clearly this is a dead product. RIP my $150.

The in home monitor works most of the time as expected. I travel and have to use the phone app to see my daughter and about 90-95% if the time the phone app doesn’t work. Worse yet, the company knows and chooses to do. I thing about it. If you need a monitor that actually monitors go with a different brand.
Do yourself a favor and look into a different camera.

This app is trash. Works 15% of the time. I don’t care about quality, or pixels or anything. I just want to check on my baby when I’m not around and this app makes it impossible. I never review things, if you’re reading this, that means you need to look into a different camera with an app that works and don’t waste your money.
No remote access
nead updates
Would give zero stars but won’t let me. Remote camera works 1/4 of the time, keeps loading and won’t connect. Have had system for 2+ yrs same since new.
