Good, but could improve

I cannot navigate app very well. And I wish I was able to connect it to the Health app that is a default to all Apple phones. On my step tracker, I cannot play music, or view notes, or my messages. If I could receive help on any of these, then I will be great full, and leave a better review. Thank you so much!

I logged on the Striiv and it automatically said 55 steps. I was in the bed when I set it up and hadn’t even put the watch on. A little later it said 456 steps. As I was still in the bed that was impossible. I haven’t found one of these watches that work right yet. Maybe they are just to pump you up.

Not updated in over a year

Addendum: the app has not been updated in over a year. I contacted support and got a vague “non-answer” answer. I’d advise caution in case they are planning on dumping the app. The last fix cut off the bottom of the screen in the My Island section. Additionally, when returning to the home screen, it pops up to the top of the sleep section rather than to the section you clicked from.

I’ve followed the directions and tried multiple times and it still won’t connect with my apple watch.

The watch itself + the app are great but some things that need to be changed are updates . It shouldn’t be over a year since the last update and on top of all that my watch just one day froze for the whole day it still is frozen this is disappointing ?

The reading on the Striiv transfer ok to my cell except the sleeping time which I really need to know because a health issue. Has removed and reinstalled the app like customer service adviced, it worked only one day, is been 5 days that can’t see how was my sleep. Very disappointed
