Light is terrible for outside. Arm sweats with band. Doesn’t sync with my fitness pal like it states.

If you have any questions or problems you will need to go somewhere else for support. I had to use a 1 star as you have to use a value. 3-4 days for response to an email asking for data supplied in your first email you sent. No hardware replacement available.
Bring back the smart pedometer

I still have my Striiv smart pedometer and it is still the best pedometer I’ve ever owned. I just wish it could connect to the app. Pleeeeaaaase bring it back. I have yet to find a single tracker with incentives like this one.
Watch band needs a lot of work

Watch unit pops out. I was lucky enough to find it 3 times but have now lost it. Had just the watchband on my arm. This is not doing me any good. I will not by another one. My mom stopped wearing hers because the watch unit always fell out. This is not doing her any good. I will never buy another Striv
Not a good app

It does not track my sleep correctly and I can't connect to my Walgreens account. I get an error on the app. I reached out for support about the sleep tracking and got a response a week later that only asked which phone am I using. The app is very antiquated.
