Unfortunately the app doesn’t work properly. It doesn’t record correct information like calories burned.

Everything overall is nice about it but I think it needs to show the average heart rate and beats per minute in the app and log it like it does everything else! Please release an update!!!!

My miles have not been registering on a daily basis on the chart. Does it each day but no longer records it on the chart and even changed my watch. So now can’t compare how I am doing on a weekly or monthly basis any longer Now will not link to my Walgreens acct to get points Been so long since they have done an update

The app is very very useful because it could tell you to do notifications and calls if you want or no

I got a Dash HR for Christmas. I’ve been trying to pair it/set up an account for an hour and who knows? The quick start guide is a joke. I have no idea how to wake it up... certainly isn’t with 2 taps. Unclear how or if it’s actually charging. I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled the app numerous times on iOS AND Android ... won’t pair at all with my Android. And it would be nice to know how to ACTUALLY USE IT - a user manual would be nice. I don’t like it so far, though was excited to see it initially

You cannot change your account password just because the buttons are not working. You have a lot of pain if you accidentally log out or forget your password. You cannot pair the device with your account either, it takes forever and nothing happens. I was stupid not to check what Striiv is before buying it.

ATTENTION DOES NOT WORK WITH IOS APPLE HEALTHKIT I received this to help monitor things like my heart rate specifically and other minute day to day activities. I have noticed that the app it self isn’t iOS or user friendly. It doesn’t talk to the built in health app and makes it nearly impossible to track and share information. The wearable itself isn’t very sensitive to touch so in order to ‘see’ anything on there that’s an immediate notification I have to refer back to the app for ease of use. However that takes us back to to over all wonky set and even the screen isn’t even stretched out for the new phone devices. I received this as a gift in good nature but I honestly would have returned it by now. It can only cover the bare minimum and my BIGGEST call out is that the UI is awful.
