It doesn’t show anything on the daily graph for my steps and has a date range instead of just a specific day. It doesn’t show the previous day’s distance even though it racked up steps. None of the distance graphs show any data. And it would be nice if my tracker or the app alerted me when the tracker powers off so I’m not walking around thinking it’s collecting data.

Love my Apex HR. Best tracker ever (I’ve gone through many, always the bands that break,) not this one! Now I’m just waiting for customer service to figure out why the MyLand game that I’m so hung up on just up and disappeared off my dashboard. apparently Samsung phones it appears perfectly but any Apple device it disappears what’s up with that?

Bought it to join the walking challenge at my job and it was supposedly one of the brands that paired with the tracker and it doesn’t work ! Fail.
