Please fix your bug issue!!! Every single time I go to save a story video it will go to load and just stay completely stuck at 91%!!! I even updated it and it’s still giving me the same issue. PLEASE FIX I HOPE YOU READ THIS IN TIME!

Takes too long to save video story

The app is very good, but takes like 40 minutes to save a video story with audio. Sometimes I need the story fast... and I can’t.

Really nice templates but once I paid I was still getting pop ups asking for subscription payment. So I would spend all this time setting up a template and when I would go to upload - a pop up would come up and I couldn’t download. During the free trial it was fine, once I paid, all downhill from there. Also, while the templates were nice some were super limited and kind of hard to work with. Anyway, I canceled it and the most frustrating thing - I was still billed the 18 bucks. I contacted the developer but no response, so I contacted Apple for my refund. Thanks Apple! Too bad because like I said, the templates are nice.

I’ve been trying to use this app to add a different look to my stories but the app lowers the quality of my pictures. My images are now blurry whenever I download.

Charged and NO access to anything

I completed the 3 day free trial and was charged upwards of $19 for an annual subscription only to find out that NOTHING is accessible. I go on the app and am not even recognized as a subscriber. I have no where to log in. It wants me to complete yet another free trial to be charged YET AGAIN. It gives you the option to “restore your purchase” and mine repeatedly fails. Complete waste of money. Apple won’t refund me. I’ve contacted support as well requesting a refund, still waiting to hear back. I’m not sure which is more frustrating - the fact that this auto subscription was so expensive and leads to nothing or that they are trying to get me to pay AGAIN.
