Love but glitched most of the time

This is a great app, but every time I try to download what I’ve created, it downloads to about 90% and then slows way down and won’t finish downloading. I was able to download 1 out of 8 stories.
“album” not loading

I just paid the one time fee of $34.99 for this app so that I can have unlimited use and the app doesn’t work. When I choose a template either in static or animated, I should be able to insert a photo from my camera roll after giving the app access to my photos but all I get is a white blank screen with “album” heading at the top and no photos.

You have to scroll through the Q&A to find out how and it’s not straight forward. I couldn’t find my subscriptions in settings like it suggested. I had to go to the App Store and click on my icon to find it. They bill you for an entire year so you better be sure you want this app.

I can’t believe I fell for this trap. I bought the app as a one-time purchase. Since then, every time I try to upload videos onto a story template it crashes...my phone is the iPhone 11 Pro with the latest iOS update. This is absolutely ridiculous. Please fix it or REFUND ME.
