This app charged me and won’t let me cancel. No where in the app is a cancel subscription button. Do not purchase this app.

I made the one time $35 purchase but my photos won’t load in the app at all- I’ve tried several times, uninstalled and re-downloaded, tried it all. I’ve checked the app settings and made sure everything was correctly on/set right as well. The app support site is in another language so I’m not even sure how to get a refund & can’t find help from anyone anywhere. I do not recommend!!

Apps should be free since do many of them cash after so long and no recourse for us because they are in another country. I refuse to buy apps as I’m ripped off many times. Many of them are overpriced anyway. I’ve read the horror stories on here and they’re enough to keep me away.

Beautiful layouts, however the size is to big on Instagram and the layouts/photo get cut off.

The templates are good, but the images are compressed really bad. As a photographer, I need to show off my images nicely and this makes them blurry. For $35 I feel like I was ripped off. Do not get this app. Stick with Canva.

The designs are gorgeous, the layouts, music etc, very beautiful and catchy and with great taste so I was VERY happy to have found the app and too see it’s many great reviews; however the photos take FOREVER to be retrieved. It sort of gets frozen it time and about five minutes later, the photos come up. Imagine, you’re making a collage, so you have to repeat the perpetual process over and over for each layout. I know it’s not an issue with my phone because it does not happen with other apps. I also wish you could mix the static and non static layouts in one story and continue with the music. The static layouts do not have the music option. Bottom line, esthetics are gorgeous but the tech is not working and it takes WAY to long which renders this useless. ?

I never had a trial and when I hit trail it charged me for the month. I IMMEDIATELY canceled the subscription and it still charged me for a month!! This app is a SCAM!!
