Zero Stars- DO NO FALL FOR THE TRAP
Ponzy Scheme
I tried the free trial of this app, which did not work. When I tried to upload photos into the story templates, the app would freeze and I would have to shut down the app. I contacted the developer to troubleshoot, and though they responded, they gave NO ADVICE on how to fix the bug, and instead told me to email them in another fashion. While waiting for a response on how to troubleshoot, I was charged the full price for the app that does not even work. I was given another set of BS instructions to report to Apple, that were not accurate. I want my money back!!!!!! It is COMPLETELY UNETHICAL to charge consumers $20 for something that does not work, and then not have a way to reimburse them.

How do you even cancel your free trial? I do not want to be charged for this worthless app. This app is awful and doesn’t help you once so ever.

Just tried the free trial. Seems like barely any animated templates and every single one almost is a white background. No black. Not for me....

The free templates are nice and I’m sure I can use some of them. The downside is, as I was looking through on all of the templates including the paid ones, the description on the sample story templates either doesn’t make sense on the picture displayed or it’s wrong grammar. Makes me think who the developer is.. I just saw the developer and now I understand. Just an improvement on that and this could be a really great app overall. ?

I don’t mind the app honestly. I just need a different platform. Functionally looks fine but I clicked the 3 day trail and I can’t figure out if I need to cancel or how to cancel. Because it’s not clear how to cancel it says I will be charged 19.99. I don’t like this shady side ways business practices. The app looks pretty good but it feels like a total scam when it you try and sample, just don’t bother.

I love StoryChic is a very practical ,and elegant app and I have many designs I am delighted to be able to use this app I recommend it is very good

I’m trying to contact the company for a refund. Apple said it would be best to contact you guys. my child had pressed buttons and signed me up and I had the app deleted for some time now. I would like a refund please. :(
Music Glitch Ruins Presentation

The templates are absolutely gorgeous but I got this for its ability to add music. It’s says it allows 15s but using several animated templates I’ve made 5 different stories with music; they sound amazing and end just where I cut the song. But once saved, they all cut off the songs at 7s. So it ends terribly. I’ve done it repeatedly costing me time I don’t have and nothing to show for it. Very very disappointing.
Restore Purchase??!

I’ve paid the one time payment but now that I’ve upgraded to the 11 Pro the app won’t let me restore my purchase.. this was not cheap. Either give me a refund or restore my access!!!!
