Bought the app using the one time fee...and it’s HORRIBLE – StoryChic - IG Story Templates Review

I can’t believe I fell for this trap. I bought the app as a one-time purchase. Since then, every time I try to upload videos onto a story template it crashes...my phone is the iPhone 11 Pro with the latest iOS update. This is absolutely ridiculous. Please fix it or REFUND ME.
