The app itself is fine but the service could use a tune up

Rompers and body suits are not dresses. They should not be included in the dress category. You can’t change the bio in your style profile which seems silly when they say to tell them about what you do for work and your free time and who you are etc, as if those things will never ever change. No place to leave a link to your pintrist, instagram, etc except either in your style bio (which again, you can’t change so if you change your username or something happens to your account, you are SOL) or in each individual box’s notes which is annoying to have to do. No place to request a previous stylist besides maybe in the individual box’s notes (when you’re just starting you kind of want to get a taste for what each stylist will give you. Some just clearly do not listen and others really hit the nail on the head in different ways but you wouldn’t know that if you just stick with the first stylist who kind of understands your taste). I don’t understand why there’s a limit for how many things you can style shuffle every day.


It’s a great idea, but...

I was really trying to be open minded and try something new. The first Fix I received, I absolutely loved. HOWEVER, the clothes cost more than I would ever pay for them. Sadly, I returned everything. The second Fix I received had one out of four tops that I liked, but again, I would not pay that price for it. Since I chose the least amount listed, I was sent items in that price range. When I DO shop, I shop for bargains. I go to Ross, Marshall’s, etc. Just today I bought a blouse, a dress, and a scarf for less than $30. I received four tops and a pair of earrings for $182 from Stitchfix. Again, I will be returning them. Maybe I will try Stitchfix again in the future, when I don’t have to pay attention to the price tags.

I had recently moved and was having zero luck finding clothes that fit, let alone items I really liked. I tried stitch fix and now am completely hooked. I have had more than 5 fixes sent. And, have kept 3 or more items every time. The app makes it very easy and allows you to rate clothes. So, the stylists can get a good picture of things you like.


Style shuffle is Useless

I love the style shuffle but was confused why I never got items like the ones I saw and liked there...then I heard that stylists don’t even get to see the items I liked!! What is the point of this? Let your stylists look at items I’ve thumbed up please!

I often do the ?? or ?? and I feel like my stylist completely gets me and what is JUST outside my comfort zone. She sends me stuff I wouldn’t necessarily choose for myself, but I love once I have it on!!

If you hate shopping, like me? Then you need this service. Stop overthinking it. Just do it. It was one of the best decisions, that I have ever made. No regrets. Customer service has always been wonderful. I have enjoyed the enhancements to the service, over time...like the option for an annual fee. Done. Good idea, keep it simple. The my closet feature, and being able to reference the style cards. Nice. Now you can even reorder your favorite picks! What will they think of next? I immediately decompress, when I hand over my clothes shopping list to my stylist. Because, I know that an appropriate outfit will be sent to me for whatever occasion I suggest in my notes... I say, my stylist...but this is a loose term. The first stylist was supposedly named Rubi, now I have Ryan. I am beginning to wonder if they are making up handles, and the requirements are 4 letter names that begin with the letter R. Regardless, Rubi or Ryan, whoever it is...they are angels! I don’t know what I would do without this service now. Two thumbs up. J Buresh PS-if I could make one suggestion? Now that you can look at your closet. I wish there was a way to purge the items that you no longer wear. I am not sure what fix number I am on, but it is up there... it isn’t a matter of not liking the items. I wore them often, and wore them out! I don’t have them anymore...I don’t want them on my closet list. Please figure out a way to purge the closet, sent to Goodwill delete button or something...JKB.

I have had a couple “fixes” so far and have only had to send back one thing (I think) because my stylist knows my taste so well - I’m like a bohemian-business sheik type of girl and the packages definitely reflect that. By my keeping everything I save a percentage off my total price of each order too. It’s a win-win. You have nothing to lose- plus you only pay for what you keep!


First box was a success

I was very hesitant in trying this but one day said let me try. The delivery was quick and everything got fit very well. There was one piece I was not sure about but after trying it I loved. It made me also step out of my comfort zone some but in a good way. I can’t wait to get the second box from my stylist and build my wardrobe.
