I just love my fix

utgrl

It is so great to have somebody that listens to your wants and is able to pick out things for you that you may never try for your self. I get fun new items and don’t have to worry about showing up wearing the same thing as the girl sitting a table over. The ease of delivery and returning if necessary is excellent.

Stylist in a box

she said it best

I was amazed today when I got my first box styled by Rebecca. My Jeans fit like I shopped all day. I was headed out to meet friends opened the box grabbed a blouse it fit and I liked it! I didn’t walk in one store or stand in one line. It was shocking. I liked everything. You have to try this. I’m so excited to see what I get next. Your newest fan Cyndia

Love it!

As a busy mom of three it’s a dream come true! I don’t have the time or energy to wrangle three kiddos thru a shopping mall or any store. It’s great to have someone else do the stylist thinking for me. The more detailed you are in your ratings & selections the easier it is to love your fix. It’s better than other online services because you only get charged for your purchases. The service seems very receptive to feedback and are thoughtful in selections. As a fashion-challenged individual it’s been a lifesaver for special events. It’s been so lovely I’ve added the kid fixes, as well.

Most beautiful surprise !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I dearly love my Fix when it comes in. It's like a gift box. Practically everything that has been sent to me I've kept. Even my husband is really pleased with my new clothes now. Stitch Fix is a really caring company. All I can say is thank you so much to my stylist and all of Stitch Fix.

Horrible

Short answer: Don’t bother downloading or give them credit card information. Long answer: I had done some research on a few different clothing delivery services. I tried a couple and thought I would give this one a try. I regret it horribly! So I took the time to fill out my profile. I told them what I liked and what I didn’t. I stated what I wear and what I don’t. I filled out every question. There’s even an option on the home page of the app to approve or disapprove various articles of clothing so the stylist can better learn your tastes. So after I did all of this and spent a good amount of time creating my profile and letting my stylist know what I like, i get my fix. So I’m very excited and open up my box. I felt so outraged. It was as if no one listened to anything I had said. I clearly stated I don’t wear leisure clothes like sweats. I just don’t. I get this gross awful pair of sweat shorts. Also patterns I distinctly remember disapproving of. The only thing in my whole box that I would have kept was so ridiculously priced I had to send it back. So I send everything back and a customer service specialist reached out. We chatted and they confused me to give a second shot. So I typed out a lengthy detailed message about what I want from the package and what I won’t accept. Now I patiently have to wait for the second fix to come in and see if they redeem themselves. So I have been waiting and today is the day. The emails and the app all confirm today was the day. I contacted a coworker and switched shifts with them so I could be home for it. I have had stuff go missing before and didn’t want to have to pay for a bunch of clothes if they were stolen. So I’m waiting and waiting and nothing. I check the app again to see if there were any alerts since I saw the mailman. Out of no where now my delivery date is pushed back another week with no explanation. To make matters worse I won’t even be in town since it’s now coming the day before my birthday. All in all stitchfix has not been able to get anything right. They didn’t listen to anything I have said and completely wasted my time and my money. I demand a full refund on my first styling fee and haven’t received it. I will not pay a styling fee if they stylist doesn’t even listen to what my style is. Horrible experience. Would never recommend. Save your money and your time.

For the shopping hater...

Stitch Fix is the ideal option. I’m really not big on going to stores and trying on a bunch of clothes so these boxes make it super easy for me to avoid looking like a slob and treat myself at the same time. I had previously discontinued my box because I didn’t feel like it was personalized me, but since I’ve given them another chance, it’s been amazing! Being able to go through and thumbs up or thumbs down pieces of clothing on the app is probably a big help to my stylist and entertaining (and excitement-building) for me.

I Love My Stylist!!!

Arthur's Excalibur

From my first fix, my stylist got my shape perfect, which isn’t easy without actually seeing someone in-person. I’m a very curvy, busty lady with a small waist, & I need clothes that accommodate these assets. With the information I was able to give her, she has done amazingly well. This apt allows you to give so much info about what you want in/like about clothes & what your stylist has actually sent you. You tell them how you dress, what kinds of pieces you’d like in your styles & the top end of what you’d like to spend on each kind if piece. It also allows you to rate three sets of pieces each day, to give your stylist an even better sense of your taste. Then they send you 5 pieces each order for a $20 styling fee, which is then applied to whatever you buy. If you buy all 5, you get a discount. And they send you a card with photos of options for how to style each piece. The more info you give, the better your styles become. I don’t like clothes shopping, & was have access to brands I wouldn’t know or otherwise find elsewhere. I’ve been ecstatic about my styles & love this app! Definitely worth checking out!!!

Easy to use if you do the reviews

I signed up simply because since having kids I had lost any sense of fashion or what my style is anymore. I clicked the “notify me” for having clothes to review with a thumbs up/down option and do that regularly. This keeps my stylist up to date on what I lean towards style wise. Everything I have gotten is something I love and has been slightly out of my comfort zone. I did have to make a notation on how much I am able to spend in my profile, simply because as a mom, I don’t have $200+ to drop on clothes anymore. I look forward to my fix now and can’t wait to see what they have in store for me for the fall.

Their customer service is amazing! I love all the fixes they send even though sometimes I can’t purchase everything. Their prices compared to the quality of clothing and accessories is on point. The app is super easy to use. Love stitch fix, I would recommend this company to everyone!
