We are supposed to leave a note to a stylist as to our likes and dislikes... Not one stylist has sent items that I like so I have to return them. I go on this website EVERY DAY to help decide the right choice for me. Apparently, no one reads the notes so I am canceling my subscription! Do not waste your time!!

My stylist Shannon has done a phenomenal job. I have loved all the pieces sent to me. My husband approves as well. Returning items is quick and simple. No hassle to send them back.

I am just like so many people on these reviews. I never thought I would write this but I absolutely love this service!!! My stylist Tammie has been nothing short of perfect. This is my second box and I love it. I would never pick out these clothes for myself. I peek at the box before it gets here and I think this will never work but when it arrives and I try on the clothes I love them. Yeah they work with your budget but it is pricey...that’s just honest. But if you can afford it it is well worth it.

It is not clear that the notes that I write are received. The App says the note “has been saved.” What does that mean? I have not received a response or an acknowledgement from my stylist.

I can’t express how much I love my stitch fix! The app makes it so easy. My stylist is awesome and I couldn’t be happier. Stitch fix goes above and beyond for their customers.

I never buy clothes online. I always want to feel it and get joy out of finding things That fit my sense of style. But my favorite store just closed and I thought I needed to stop swimming against the current. So I tried Stitch Fix. First delivery came and I am very pleased. The quality was good, selection seemed to match my requested styles and pricing was very reasonable.

I truly believe I have been scammed. I can’t access my account and the site and app will not let me change my password. It won’t even send me the link to change it you can only contact costumer service by sending messages through a forum with hopes that someone will get back with you. I have sent 4. I have not received a response. There is also no number to call. You just receive the package with no warning and no number to reach out to if there is a problem. I am so upset and frustrated and don’t know what to do. I really hope I don’t keep getting packages. I’m lost in what to do. I wish I never would have done Stitch Fix ?
