Love it, but it needs fixing

The app is amazing, and a great way too get clothing, but it does need some new features. Like letting you buy extras without a fix, more clothing options, and especially more shoe options. If you don’t care about cost, stitch fix is great, but if not there is better options.

I love the styles. My daughter is picky & we waste time going to stores. She picks what she likes. I like the options. I am very curvy. My youngest is picky too & hates shopping.

Love this app and service! I was skeptical of the clothing matching my style but the shopping actually is personal and unique to you. It arrives wrapped like a gift to my door and has a personal note from my stylist with outfit suggestions and they listen if I’m in need of a particular item of clothing or have an event. They have the best customer service and are super helpful and easy to contact. The clothing is good quality and matches my price point. Returns are super easy too, free shipping and they listen to your feedback on what you don’t like. I’m a working student and don’t have time to shop or lots of money to spend, it’s the perfect little treat for slowly building my closet for my upcoming internships. I literally never want to go shopping again, thanks StitchFix!

I love this app! It is so fun to receive a special shopping treat without leaving the comfort of your home. Everything I have gotten has fit perfectly and is just my style. I have a hard time finding something wrong with each item. The prices seem reasonable and the quality is beautiful. It is like your own friend picked out an outfit for you. I cannot say enough great things thanks so much.

LOVE so much! I received my first fix within a week and the stylist did such a great job I was excited to purchase all five items. I’m busty and needed to exchange my jackets for a larger size. Three business days later the new jackets arrived! And fit perfectly. I did take the time to communicate exactly what I wanted - conservative professional suits that would look good on a long waisted tall mature woman. I also participated in daily “is this your style” surveys. I hate clothes shopping because I can’t tell how something will look on me and refuse to spend hours going through racks. My stylist absolutely nailed it! I’m referring all my friends!

I was hesitant in the beginning but their costumer service is amazing! There’s been a couple times they sent stuff that didn’t fit they either exchange them if they have it in correct size, if they don’t they will take it off and still give the discount! The quality of the clothes is very good also. I have 3 friends that started using them also and they love them also!

The app is super awesome, love that I can rate things that I like and don't like. That being said, I would love the app even more (and add that extra star) if I could view more completed outfits, and if the rating option would take out the colors/items that I said I wouldn't buy in the primary quiz you take when you first join. Would love to see more things I like, then spend time rating something I asked to not have sent ? Also I once accidentally pressed the thumbs down button on an item I liked and don't have the option to reverse it.
