I haven’t been using my long, but we frequently eat at Steak n’ Shake and I have spend $50 a couple of times. I have yet to receive a reward. I believe the points are not being calculated correctly!

App is horrible every time you log in it asks for location and the locations don’t all load . Why can’t you remember where I am am load accordingly ?
Loses orders and points

This app has potential. But way too many flaws. I tried to place an order online. The locations are listed randomly, and you can’t search and the location list jumps frequently and randomly when you try to scroll. I placed an entire large order, but an error message kept saying it couldn’t charge my card. Then, for some reason the app refreshed itself, I lost the order from multiple people before I could write it down. When I went to look at my money balance and figure out the card issue, my account was less the $5 in reward money I had already earned. Apparently it was applied to the order that cancelled and not put back into my account. The basic functionality of the account is fine, the ordering ahead is total crap.

Was thrilled when I saw an app for Steak’ n Shake. When I lived in Ft Myers FL, a friend and I were frequent diners at Steak’ n Shake. One of the best burgers I ever ate. The thrill turned to disappoint when I discovered the nearest restaurant is 15 miles from me in Tempe.

Current version crashes when opening

I used to love this app, but the most recent update crashes on opening. So, now I can't use it at all. When the app works, it is great. PLEASE FIX THE MOST RECENT VERSION!

If it ain’t broke don’t fix it. I do not like the new update. The old app was sweet and simple to use. The new one is a pain in the rear. Now you have to hold the app down, to open up anything. Haven’t even been able to use my rewards.

You can only add $25 minimum. I just needed to add $10. The location search lists every location they have and you have to scroll forever to find the one you want instead of by city.
