Don't bother ordering from the app. It takes twice as long to order and even longer to wait for your food. Steak and shake isn't very good anyway. Go somewhere else.

What happened to tip button on the app?

Use the app frequently n is a bit hard to understand how to reload. Used to be able to add a tip but since update can't tip anymore via app.

Missing lots of necessary features

Now u can order and pay on ur phone. But, you cannot apply any coupon!!! After recent updates, the tip box is missing from the pay tab. I cannot tipping my server.

Friendly staff, great variety, good food!

You are crazy not to take advantage of this app. Buy your gift cards at Sam's at the discount. Then add to your Steak n Shake app. After you spend the $50 you get another $5.00. How else can you get. $15.00 discount on $50.00. Great app.

Late it’s Orders

Evidently this system requires someone to monitor it for advance orders to be prepared and ready by arrival time. Therefore this app really does me no good after midnight when I get off work. There needs to be some type of notification or audible alert so that the staff will be alerted of incoming orders.

Can't find my city locations
