No network connection :( – State Farm® Review

I have been using this app for my insurance cards and for paying my bills for years now.. all of a sudden it quit working. All of my other apps work but the SF app says “We couldn’t get a network connection”.. and I’ve tried going to SF website and it says “403-Forbidden”. What is going on?
