Worse app and customer service ever

Have ben having a problem with the app for 3 months now. I would try to check on and off for a week to see if it will work. However it will tell me information is incorrect. Every time I call, they tell me there is no problem or complaint with the app. And would provide them the same info I am inputting on the app, but it goes through on phone call but not when I am using the app. Therefore, there is something wrong with your APP!!!

Please fix to reduce workload

Why isn’t it allowing me to enter my wages

I’ve been using this app for some time now and it’s getting so frustrating that there is times where it just won’t let me enter my wages and will say it’s doesn’t recognize me SMH! How can that be if I have used it many other times aarrrgghhh

I got this app to try and keep from calling in and speaking to someone about something so easy like reporting my earnings, but all I get is error messages! Fix it so we can use it to make it easier for all!

I am having trouble submitting my wages. Someone needs to get this app fixed. Had to call in today to make sure someone knows for my wages for each month. I never had an issues until recently. I can’t get through the whole submission of the app to submit my wages. Very disappointed.v

I’ve had this app for a long time, I’m trying to report my income since yesterday and the app won’t work. I have an iPhone 11, no pending updates on this phone. What could it be? I deleted it and reinstalled it again and same. Funny thing is I installed it on my daughters iPhone 7plus and it worked. Please help!

This is one of the most broken pieces of garbage I’ve ever had to use. It should be SO SIMPLE. But it either is always broken or “closed.” WHY WOULD AN APP HAVE HOURS?! THAT IS ONE OF THE BASIC POINTS OF USING AN APP! Fix it! It should have been fixed YESTERDAY! ?

SSA really needs to keep up with the errors in things like this. Seems like for a lot of people, their requests are unable to be processed, and the information “doesn’t match”. It’s been this way for months, with people saying there isn’t any problem with it? Can you get with the program and actually fix this, or at least make an announcement acknowledging that you know it doesn’t work? I’ll use it when it’s fixed. Until then, the recourse is just calling it in.
