I was recommended the app last year by SSA and for the duration of 2020 I had no hiccups. It was straightforward and easy to use. January 1, 2021 and my information now does not match, and has not matched since. Even though my status has not changed. I have reverted to either calling in or reporting online since.

This app is no good. I have been trying to use this app for about six months now and it doesn’t work. Because you can put your information in and hit submit there is always a problem . It’s the same with the telephone wage reporting number it gives you. So I always have to send my reporting in regular mail. However they need to fix this app if not stop telling people to use it.

Every month between the 1st and the 5th, I cannot input my wages. I keep receiving an error stating It cannot be processed. It’s been 4 months in a row and I still cannot input my wages. The app is useless.

I was forced to use the AppBecause for the first time. The automated phone number was having technical difficulties. Very easy to use. When needing more time to answer questions this is the way to do it. If everything works right you should receive a receipt in the mail within 10 days!
Won’t submit

I fill everything out correctly, but it always says my information can’t be found. I been on disability for years. Why is it not working? Smh.

This app is terrible. It always has issues. It usually is not working. It needs a major upgrade. Come on government you can do better.
