That app stop allowing me to report my wages. What’s going on?

Social Security should find similar reporting apps with good ratings and look at them, use them and understand what an app is.This app it’s very blunt and one dimensional. There’s no instructions, dashboard, or other options besides the wage entry, which often fails or crashes. To make this user-friendly it should give some descriptions, instructions , and basic comments that most people will wonder about. A frequently asked question list for wage reporting probably exists somewhere that could be pulled into the app to help people. For example does a gift need to be reported, unemployment, etc. Having access to history of reports or other common sense related information would make this app to be useful. People deserve good service, these are our underserved or struggling neighbors. Helping them helps us all.

This is the worst app ever. I have to submit my wages for my son and I’m supposed to use this app but like our government your lucky if it work one out of every three months. Why have a app if you not going to keep it up and running. So if your trying to use the app to submit wages then your going to need a printer and fax machine, because you can’t use the app.

Fix the app!

This app would of had five stars if it worked perfect all the time. From time to time it does not work and its unacceptable! Fix this please

I’ve been using this app for the past year. Its been working fine. I was trying to enter the wages for the month of November and it says “unable to process to your request”. Update Dec.14, 2020: I’ve uninstalled the app and reinstalled and tried entering my information and again it doesn’t work. Update Dec.22,2020: App still doesn’t work. I called my local office and the person couldn’t put my wages in. He suggested I just mail them in. I also asked about the app and he said many people have been complaining about it. He said they don’t get many tech support. Anyways I will keep updating possibly next month. Update February 2, 2021: THE APP STILL DOESN’T WORK. Update February 25,2021: App still DOESN’T. Also the SSI wage Report Phone Number Doesn’t work either. It says also to call back at a later time.

Has completely stopped accepting my reports, even when I get the confirmation that it went through. Didn’t understand why I was told my income was hundreds of dollars higher than reported, had to go into the website and dig around to find out none of my reports this year have gone through.

I’ve been using the app for about a year to report my income for my child’s SSI. After that, when I would try to report, I’d get to the end and hit submit and it errors and says they can’t find the info I entered. So now I have to call and wait on hold for at least 30 minutes because he’s a minor and I can’t make him an online account. PLEASE FIX THIS.

This is a very old system. The last 2 days it says it is down. I doubt anyone checks status of this app. I will call Monday and will surly be told to use the app!!! Round and round

This app does not work. I am legally blind and living on a college campus, and do not have ready access to envelopes and stamps. I need to be able to report my wages and expenses online. There really needs to be a place for those on supplemental security income to report both their wages and their expenses. Our government is so technologically advanced, yet the disabled get stuck with out of date technology. Please fix and I will change reading. God bless the USA
