App worked great for the first couple of months I used it. However, for the entire month of April 2021 I have been getting an error message. This is absolutely ridiculous. What’s the point if it doesn’t work.

Submitting wages has now become a time consuming endeavor. I had to fax my wages last month and still soc sec hasn't processed them. I have a gut feeling this has to do with the solar winds hack the gov had a couple months back

I tried multiple times to get the app to work with no results. If the point is to make things easier to report wages then why doesn’t the app work?
App fails more often than it works

Fails at very end after all the data entry, 4 out of 5 times. Not surprising for an app associated with a bureaucratic agency full of failures, I suppose.
