App doesn’t allow you to submit after completing entries. Please fix as it’s inconvenient.

I’ve tried to use this app many times but when I am supposed to press submit for my wages, it’s a failure. I set up the app on the phone with Ssi prior to my app attempts. It seems liked his app isn’t working for 99% of the users. Could part of the stimulus help pay for competent developers to fix the issues? Thank you.
Unable to process your request

After submitting the information requested and pressing submit the App responds with *Unable to process your request'. Is this simply a glitch at the in reply but not submittal? It seems as if the App might want to explain itself to us. I will try again on a weekday. Maybe this occurred because it is Sunday. Should we really even have to try and guess?
Doesn’t work this month

It usually worked for me for past 2 years. But today (December 1,2020)when I used it, it says “unable to find a match for the information you entered”. The social security number I entered was correct and I checked and tried many times. This is not a good app and need major upgrade.
Was great until it stopped working

In Oct 2020, the app stopped recognizing recipients trying to report their wages. It worked great before then. It needs to be fixed

This app is convenient only some of the time.I can not enter my DOB it doesn’t respond when I press enter.Please fix the glich very annoying and fusterating especially when your trying to report wages!!!

Was working for the last year and very convenient. But it’s not working since November. Now I had to call the 800 number and wait for 45 min to report wages. Please have I.T. update the app and fix the bug!
