It's really good

I would have given it 5 stars but. I really wish the clients name would show up under activity. I have so Many charges it sometimes gets confusing which charge is from who.

I like the square..the only thing I would change is that we could have the clients name on the receipt somehow. Other than that it's great.
Real review, app needs fixing

The app now closes multiple times throughout the day, even with it is opening. The "activity" reports do not work, cannot resend receipts or issue refunds when needed. The cash reports and sales reports are not synced properly. This app used to work fine but is becoming an extreme hassle.

I love using this service. One complaint is that sometimes the card won't swipe & numbers need to be manually entered.
Good product with minimal issues

Overall a great product and very helpful for me as a self-employed massage therapist. The only issues I have are around client merging and ability to edit transactions after the fact. The hardware works really well with my iPhone for taking payments and the dashboard is easy to navigate from my computer.

Very good product very happy for making us taking cards in an easier way . Only think I would like is the clients name showing on the charge or receipt

Overall good app but it can be tedious to set up lots of items. Also I've had difficulty selling non taxed items.
